Veterinarian Criticalist - Providence, RI Area - #6986

We have a remarkable opportunity for a board-certified Veterinarian Criticalist to join a team in the Providence area of Rhode Island. This state-of-the-art hospital offers referral and emergency services.
When it comes to practicing high-quality medicine, this hospital thrives. The equipment includes endoscopy, digital radiography, ultrasound, CT, MRL, Laparoscopy, fluoroscopy, mechanical ventilation, telemetry, and monitoring equipment.

Continuing education is encouraged and valued at this hospital. It has an in-house education for doctors and technicians, and hosts referring veterinarians for continuing education forums several times a year. In addition, this hospital has a successful internship in place as well as surgery and emergency and critical care residences, which helps to promote a didactic atmosphere.

The Veterinarian Criticalist will work to provide care to the most critically ill or injured pets that come in. Alongside other highly skilled doctors, they will treat animals that are suffering from severe, life-threatening diseases such as metabolic disease, respiratory distress, and heart failure.

Qualifications:
-Candidate must be a Diplomate of ACVECC.
-Candidate must be eligible to obtain a license to practice in Rhode Island.
