Position Summary: As our Plant Health Care Supervisor, you'll oversee a team of dedicated plant health care technicians, ensuring the proper treatment and care of trees and shrubs using an Integrated Pest Management approach. You'll interact with clients, provide diagnostics reports, and provide training for your team while promoting our core values. Safety is paramount, and you'll lead by example, adhering to all regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities: - Lead safety, quality, and production initiatives for our Plant Health Care department
- Provide onboarding, training, and coaching to new Plant Health Care Technicians
- Manage department operations, anticipate issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee fleet and equipment management, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Drive departmental growth through strategic initiatives and sales efforts.
- Providing diagnostic reports for work performed during site visits.
Key Skills: - Tree and Shrub treatment experience, with Commercial Pesticide Applicator license in hand
- ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) Certified Arborist is a plus
- Firm understanding of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles
- Leading with integrity and adaptability
