Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef in planning and executing menu offerings that capture the essence of Southern flavors.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Train, mentor, and guide kitchen staff, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Ensure that all dishes meet the restaurant's quality and presentation standards, adhering to established recipes.
