Job description

Chaz 51 Steak House is hiring experienced Front of The House Manager. Our ideal candidate is self- driven, ambitious, and reliable and should have the following skills:

• *Experience working in related field. Fine-dining experience preferred *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize *Able to manage and lead a team to success with no drama *Wine knowledge. Cocktail knowledge. Stellar customer service *Positive personality, desire to train, mentor, motivate, maintain and promote *Genuine desire to serve the guest with five star winning attitude *Delivering a great customer experience no matter how busy or slow *Maintains calm demeanor when dealing with difficult situations *Self-starter *Ability to follow direction *Desire to grow within the company *Manage vendor services to maintain appropriate quantities and quality of product *Budget and monitor inventory, labor and restaurant costs to improve overall profitability *Implement health and safety protocols *Produce and analyze profit and loss reports
