Join a collaborative and vibrant team of pulmonary and critical care physicians working in the areas premier Tertiary Care and Level III Trauma Center that serves a Central Maine population of 400,000 people. 

We are seeking a quality-driven and compassionate physician who enjoys practicing both outpatient pulmonary and critical care. 

At CMMC, we offer a collegial work environment, a well balanced mixture of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities based on professional interests, and competitive compensation and benefits package.

• No night call or weekend call while having outpatient responsibilities

• Shift work for day and night while covering the intensive care unit

• Level III Trauma Program with in-house surgical and anesthesia coverage

• Interventional pulmonary desired (but not necessary)

• State-of-the-art Medical and Surgical ICU with 19 beds

• Cardiac and Cardiothoracic ICU with 20 beds

• Comprehensive Cardiac program with tertiary cardiac services, mechanical support, growing structural and open heart program, and vascular surgery program

• Teaching opportunities with a Hospitalist fellowship and Family Practice Residency programs

• Collegial team-oriented medical group with high skilled consultants with robust programs in interventional radiology, gastroenterology, nephrology, oncology and many other service lines.

Successful candidates will be board eligible or board certified in pulmonary and critical care medicine.
