Job Description: Position: Tax Associate
Experience: 5+ years of (Law Firm) tax law experience
Practice Focus: Federal, State, and International Tax Law for technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises
Salary Range: $365,000 - $435,000 (based on year classification) Responsibilities: - Support tech and life sciences clients at all growth stages
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance
- Handle equity financings, technology transfers, complex licensing and collaboration arrangements
- Engage in domestic and international tax planning
IMPORTANT NOTE: Sole practitioners will not work, and candidates must have big national firm experience Qualifications: - Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of (Law Firm) tax law experience
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance
- Strong communication skills
