Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks as assigned by the supervisor, including but not limited to: product assembly, packaging, stacking, sorting, and loading/unloading materials.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage of products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations and best practices at all times.
- Adapt to changes in work assignments or production schedules as necessary.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Will participate in training programs as required to develop skills and knowledge in the industry.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Basic computer skills are desired.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
