Requirements
- Strong probing and investigating skills.
- Attention to detail for accurate case management.
- Passion for customer service and delivering empathetic responses.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently

- Ensure the security of customers information and well-being.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Commit to 15-25 hours per week (some clients may have weekend requirements).
- Ensure a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
- Meet the minimum computer specifications required by the client (laptop or desktop).
- Possess a USB headset with a microphone (required for certification training).
- Have a hard-wired broadband internet service (DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection). Purchase a call center noise-canceling headset connecting to your computer via USB.
