About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Finance Coach to join our dynamic Work Life team. In this role, you will provide 30-minute financial consultations as part of our Employee Assistance Benefit, focusing on budgeting, spending plans, and student loans. This position offers flexibility, with remote work opportunities and occasional onsite meetings.
Responsibilities:
Conduct 30-minute financial consultations, addressing topics such as budgeting, spending plans, and student loans.
Manage a caseload of approximately 5-10 consultations per week.
Skills:
Experience in a union, credit counseling agency, or similar financial services program.
Strong listening and customer service skills.
Education/Work Experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Certification in credit or personal finance coaching/counseling/wellness, or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years' experience providing financial counseling/coaching in a credit union, credit counseling agency, or other financial institution.
