Home Health Registered Nurse - PRN

Job Summary:

• Plan, organize, and direct home care services
• Use your nursing expertise to provide comprehensive care to individuals and families
• Collaborate with patients, representatives, and caregivers to develop personalized care plans
• Deliver preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures
• Provide patient, caregiver, and family counseling and education
• Prepare clinical notes and communicate with physicians and healthcare practitioners

Job Requirements:

• Graduated from an approved school of nursing and licensed in the state of practice
• Two years of experience preferred, in public health or home care nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Self-directed with excellent observation, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload independently
• Prolonged walking or standing, lifting, and physical dexterity required
