Job Description
The scrum master will play a key role for our client in effectively managing their cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software technology solutions on-time to meet their business expectations.
This is a hands-on scrum master position requiring strong understanding and mastery of Azure DevOps.
Experience in delivering changes for Master Data Management (MDM), Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI), Data Warehouse and Data Mart systems, and/or enterprise software licensing, entitlement, and download management systems in a fast-paced SaaS environment will be critical factors in your success.
The ability to quickly learn and understand new changes to business processes and systems, and lead multiple scrum teams with a can-do mindset and approach will also be key to your success.
This role also requires innovation, collaboration, positive energy, strong social skills to build cross-functional relationships with stakeholders, technical SMEs, and user groups from across the company.

Responsibilities and Duties
Use Scrum framework and Agile principles and effectively lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software technology solutions on-time for each sprint.
Facilitate and ensure effective completion of scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective towards the purpose of achieving sprint goals and business objectives.
Collaborate with the Product Manager to establish and communicate clear sprint goals.
Remove obstacles that impede the team's progress and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure the completion of work for each sprint.
Manage the scrum work in Azure DevOps.
Ensure the team is following the Scrum framework and adhering to Agile principles.
Provide regular reports to stakeholders on the team's progress and performance.
Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs.
Encourage and facilitate collaboration, creativity, and risk-taking within the team.
Manage the self-organization of the scrum and development teams.
Participate and support in the creation, management, and implementation of department best-practices processes and procedures, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) to help the teams attain a higher level of Scrum maturity.
Education / Professional Experience
7+ years of experience as a scrum master is required.
4+ years of experience as a scrum master using ADO is required.
5+ years of experience in a software development or SaaS company is required.
3+ years of experience as a scrum master managing multiple scrum teams is required.
2+ years of experience as a scrum master in a POD team environment is highly desired.
2+ years of experience as a scrum master with Master Data Management (MDM) systems (especially if Informatica MDM solutions), or Enterprise Software Licensing & Entitlement & Download management systems (especially with Revenera FNO and Revenera ESD products), or Business Intelligence / Business Reporting systems (including data marts, data warehouses, SAC reporting tools) highly desired.
2+ years of experience as a scrum master with the Salesforce system is highly desired.
2+ years of experience as a scrum master with SAP system is highly desired.
Experience as a scrum master in a fast-paced software development environment is highly desired.
Licenses / Certifications
Scrum Master certification is required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related degree is required
