Role: Tibco Integration Specialist (Remote)
Location: Dallas, Tx (Remote)
Experience: 6 to 10 years

This role is with the Cognizant Integration and Process Management Practice within Enterprise Platform Services Team (IPM-EPS). Cognizant’s IPM practice is a world leading provider of Hybrid Cloud Integration and Process Automation Services. IPM has strategic alliances with “best of bread” platform providers to provide service for Cloud Integration, Hybrid Integration Platforms, B2B Platforms, DPA and Low Code Platforms, and Cloud Integration.
Job Description: This role requires Strong understanding of integration architecture. While each team member has a primary skill set, they are also expected to learn and contribute to areas outside of their primary skill set. The team is highly collaborative and values continuous improvement and open communication. You will be expected to be a well-regarded and respected individual contributor; possess strong inter-personal skills. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
o Responsible for design and development of integration services in cloud
o Integration Experience on integration suites like Tibco, informatica
o Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD (Jenkins), GIT and build (Grade/Maven) systems
o Experience building REST and SOAP web services.
o PAAS Experience - Pivotal Cloud Foundry with Azure IaaS, AKS
o Experience in working in an Agile environment.
o Experience in working on No-SQL database (preferably Couchbase)
o Experience in working on distributed systems.
o Need to design and develop Integration services.
o Should be able to design end to end solutions using cloud technologies.
o Author design documents including Functional Design and Functional Mapping Document independently.
o Should be able to participate in Agile ceremonies.
o Provide trouble shooting support for any issues with respect to development and testing of the APIs developed till go live.
o Should be able to run queries against relational/NO-SQL databases.
o Ability to understand FLNA master data in legacy format and DDH common format.
o Integration delivery lead experience in large program

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $90,200 to $134600 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
