AC Pros HVAC is a locally owned and operated HVAC services company serving the greater Austin area and beyond. At our company, customer satisfaction is always our very first priority, and we strive to provide the type of service that we would want for ourselves and our loved ones.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

In this position, you will be taking inbound calls and setting up service/maintenance appointments, as well as making outbound calls to our current clients to check in after service has been completed and offering additional products and services. This position requires a genuine and friendly phone voice and personality, along with strong multi-tasking abilities. Solid computer skills and a self-driven attitude are a must to succeed in this job.

Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, overtime as required

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service skills
• 1-2 years inside sales, call center, or telemarketing experience is a plus
• Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Service Titan and/or Field Edge software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong computer skills and ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Positive "can do" attitude
• Must be able to multi-task
