A leading tech company is seeking a Connected Communities Vendor Partner. The successful candidate will s upport the success of the Connected Communities program. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in program or project management or related experience. The company offers a great work environment!
Connected Communities Vendor Partner Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $40/hr
- Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Remote, Candidates must be located in the United States)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
- 40 hours/week, 4 Month Assignment
Connected Communities Vendor Partner Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching, guidance, and best practices to the volunteer community leadership teams.
- Work closely with the Connected Communities team members to manage an assigned set of communities, engaging directly with the community leads and key stakeholders to foster engagement, connection, and collaboration among the community members and across the company's network. T
- Design and execute initiatives aligned with the program goals and outcomes.
Connected Communities Vendor Partner Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in program or project management or related experience.
- 5+ years of experience with MSFT 365 Suite- Powerpoint/viva engage.
- 5+ years of experience with Power BI - able to interact and drive analysis to see opportunities
- 5+ years of experience with Sharepoint.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and facilitating individual contributors and teams, and empowering them to achieve their goals and vision.
- A passion for community building and social learning, and an understanding of the benefits and challenges of leading and participating in communities of practice.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as part of a larger team, and to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
- Proficiency in using various tools and platforms to support community management and engagement, such as Viva Engage, Teams, SharePoint, Stream, Forms, Power BI, etc.
