Job description

DND Groups is a privately held franchise management company and home to more than 54 quick services restaurants nationwide. Proudly representing 4 internationally recognised brands; Dairy Queen, Taco Johns, Zaxby's, and Paris Baguette. DND Group was recently named one of the Top 200 Restaurant Groups by Nation's Restaurant. DND Groups is looking for a skilled HR Generalist who will provide HR support and develop talent through the management of HR process, policies and programs. As the primary HR contact the and collaborate closely with Payroll and Recruiting in building a centralized HR function in a fast-growing franchise restaurant group. You must be a skilled relationship builder with experience in performing HR generalist functions in a multi-state work environment. This role will be a HR partner to operations management and identify opportunities to ensure all organizational HR practices are efficient, and scalable for sustainable growth.
