Your responsibilities will include providing expert advice, delivering excellent customer service, and personalizing travel experiences to ensure seamless and enjoyable journeys for our clients

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service:
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations and attractions.
• Create and customized travel itineraries.
• Utilize computer reservation systems, online booking platforms, and supplier networks.
• Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and health and safety advisories.
• Respond promptly to clients' inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Attend events, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your knowledge of expertise.
