Seeking a strategic IT resource to assist as a member of our team in helping to manage everyday support of deployed systems, as well as input for future design/development of future offerings to our suite of SaaS based offerings.

Key Points of Need/Expertise:

● Maintenance of Existing Outlaw Solutions/Products
○ Android app(s)
○ Database management (MySQL)
○ Server maintenance of Linux/Ubuntu systems
○ Debugging of Python (2 and 3) apps
● Aid in Development of New Products
○ “Whiteboard” as part of development team- flowchart designs
○ Add new code to existing systems (Python, Android/Java, HTML, CSS, JS)
○ Add new API endpoints to AWS API Gateway
○ Add support for new scale hardware – Serial communication/ Reading datasheets
● Amazon Web Services (AWS General Upkeep)
○ Familiarize oneself with primary AWS systems, including:  Lambda, RDS, EC2, S3, API Gateway, Cloud Watch, IAM, VPC, Boto3
○ Monitor IT Resources/Systems
○ Security/infrastructure improvements
○ Assist in Load Balancing Improvements
● Basic Tech Support functions
○ Learning the ins and outs of our system (reading help center and watching
videos)
○ Front ending support questions (gathering basic information)
○ Answering questions within capabilities

This role will offer a broad exposure to the build out, deployment and support of Outlaw’s core HW/SW systems. We are seeking a self starter to be able to quickly understand and support our currently deployed solutions. In addition this role will be involved in both system enhancements and the development of future offerings. Outlaw seeks to automate all aspects of data capture and updates through a combination of HW/SW for seed-to-sale cannabis tracking.
