Job description

Are you ready to join a dedicated and supportive group of Contact Center Representatives? We are seeking a patient, experienced individual for our Contact Center team at Marshall Community Credit Union.

What the job entails:

- Working with credit union members over the phone to provide service, solutions, and education with the end goal of helping them achieve their financial goals.

- Explaining products and services to members, responding to member concerns, and directing phone calls to the appropriate areas.

- Troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries in a timely, friendly, and accurate manner.

- Identifying opportunities to expand member relationships by utilizing our technology resources and products and services.
