As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a vital role in increasing awareness, utilisation, and sales of beauty treatments and products in salons and spas across the South Territory. Your responsibilities will include developing new business, providing salon training, and maintaining positive relationships with existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue and new business targets within your designated territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and therapists
• Conduct in-salon training sessions and promotional events
• Organise and lead regional workshops for commercial and training purposes
• Stay updated on market trends and product knowledge
• Prepare detailed reports on area performance and competitor activity

Required Skills

• Must have an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent (Level 3 in electrical therapies preferred)
• Minimum of five years post-qualified experience in the beauty industry
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
