Oliver Inc. is looking for an experienced, and committed Shipping/Receiving Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading or unloading, sorting, handling freight in accordance with verbal and written instructions, using pallet jacks and driving forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures.
• Read and interpret shipping labels.
• Verify label information on skids is correct and combines skids according to destinations.
• Operate vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, follow defined safe work practices.
• Assist drivers in loading / unloading of goods or equipment.
• Perform daily routine inspection to forklift.
• Maintain good housekeeping around dock area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Forklift Certified
• Ability to drive Forklift and Clamp truck.
