Mandatory Skills
8 | years | Eliciting requirements from interviews with customers and creating well-written system requirements documents |
8 | years | Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) |
8 | years | Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement |
8 | years | Development of user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices |
8 | years | Designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices |
5 | years | Eliciting and documenting requirements for enterprise-level CRM project(s) |
5 | years | Strong writing and organization skills |
5 | years | Strong communication and facilitation skills |
Desirable Skills
5 | years | Prior experience with CRM tool(s) such as SalesForce, Dynamics 365, etc., preferably in the public section |
3 | years | Demonstrated work experience with the requirements management software "Modern Requirements" |
3 | years | Demonstrated work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira" |
2 | years | Prior experience working for or closely with TEA or another state education agency |
