Wholesale HVAC/Refrigeration Branch Manager Details:
- Direct Hire position
- $65,000.00 /annually
- Salaried
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. i.e. identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and expanding our customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives and support staff to ensure productivity, efficiency, and a positive working environment.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.
- Work closely with suppliers to optimize inventory replenishment and maintain competitive pricing
- Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Streamline branch operations and processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth and adaptation
Wholesale HVAC/Refrigeration Branch Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in wholesale HVAC, heating, cooling, or refrigeration industry required.
- Proven track record of success in sales management and business development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound understanding of inventory management, pricing strategies, and financial principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
