Position: Marketing Director

Department: Marketing

Reporting to: Vice President of Marketing & Spa Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to join our team and drive the organization's marketing objectives. As the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various marketing initiatives, including digital and print efforts, event management, website content creation, and more. Collaborating closely with our creative team, you'll ensure that all marketing materials align seamlessly with our brand vision.

Education and Experience:

2-4 years of marketing experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
Master Esthetician license (not required, but advantageous)

Essential Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency in marketing strategies and objectives
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with graphic design tools such as Illustrator, photo editing, and video creation
Passion for NIMA and Medical Esthetic services
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Team player mindset

Responsibilities:

Attend marketing meetings, staff meetings, and events as necessary
Organize and manage spa client events
Design and distribute collateral materials for the spa and Institute
Maintain retail displays across all locations
Oversee website management, content creation, and branding
Manage swag design and ordering
Coordinate community donations and events
Develop monthly spa promotions and related communication materials
Oversee PPC, SEO, and other digital marketing efforts
Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors
Schedule and create newsletter content
Support Social Media/Marketing Coordinator as needed
Assist Clinic Directors in achieving growth goals
Manage company Podium account
Update phone hold messaging and music
Handle CoolSculpting advertising invoices
Maintain marketing budget
