Customer Relationship Coordinator

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Role and Responsibilities

This position significantly contributes to the customer experience, development of new clients, and retention of current partnerships. This position also supports the business through administrative tasks and services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Representing Allstar Services as the first point of contact for incoming sales inquiries
• Answering incoming calls, taking messages, directing calls to appropriate team members
• Answer customer questions over the phone or via email and communicate the appropriate solution to them
• Scheduling appointments with the customer
• Assigning appointments to the Allstar Sales Representatives
• Follow up with customer as needed to ensure their inquiry was completed
• Manage the day-to-day operations of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Solve issues and concerns as they arise
• Collaborate with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the product and services they received
• Respond timely and accurately to requests and special projects
• Support marketing/sales in executing mailings, email blasts, etc.
• Assisting with various projects as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 2+ years customer service and administrative support experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Active listener that will allow the customer to have all of their concerns addressed accurately
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills that will allow you to keep track of customer requests
• Ability to balance tasks timely and effectively
• Problem solving to ensure customer needs are met when needed
• Flexible and skilled at working in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled at functioning independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
• Being able to adapt to changing circumstances and customer requirements
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
