Job description
As a Talent Specialist with Farmers Insurance District 40, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and onboarding talented individuals to meet various agency's staffing needs. You'll be responsible for leveraging various channels to identify potential candidates, conducting initial screenings and interviews, and providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you'll handle service work escalations, support the district team, and assist agency owners.
Salary: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize various channels to find potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with hiring agents on candidates' progression through interviewing
Administrative Support:
- Manage candidate correspondence and documentation.
- Assist with District trackers and hitting goals
Service Work Escalations:
- Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist agency owners on service escalations through Farmers systems.
Requirements
- related field experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
