FAR GROUP is seeking an experienced International Financial Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our international financial operations. Your primary focus will be on analyzing global financial markets, mitigating financial risks, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and providing strategic financial insights. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of global finance and a track record of successful financial management in an international context.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of global markets, economic trends, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks associated with international operations, including currency fluctuations, interest rates, and geopolitical factors.
- Ensure compliance with international financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements to minimize legal and regulatory risks.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for international operations.
- Monitor and manage currency exposures, implement hedging strategies, and optimize currency management practices.
- Coordinate international taxation and transfer pricing strategies to optimize tax structures and minimize tax liabilities.
- Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements for international entities, adhering to accounting principles and standards.
- Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence for international business acquisitions, partnerships, and investments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international financial institutions, banks, and regulatory bodies to facilitate financing and international transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide guidance, and foster the professional growth of junior team members to ensure effective international financial management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international finance or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of global financial markets, economic trends, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, risk management, and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Must have 3 years of experience in progressively responsible Financial Specialist roles in a government contracting environment.
