Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Center Director to oversee daily operations and uphold the highest quality of child care services.
- Possess and maintain the Director Credential (required).
- Accumulate a minimum of 2 years of experience in child care or education administration.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience working with students in an educational setting.
- In-depth knowledge of state licensing regulations for child care centers.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a dynamic team.
- Showcase excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Duties Duties:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with licensing regulations and industry best practices.
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise child care staff.
- Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with parents to address their concerns and ensure open lines of communication.
- Manage the center's budget and financial operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to enrollment, attendance, and child development.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Ensure the center's facilities are clean, well-maintained, and meet all safety standards.
Requirements - Director Credential (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in child care or education administration.
- Experience working with students in an educational setting.
