Job description
Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced REMOTE ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The main focus of this role will be to configure, customize, and maintain the ServiceNow platform including ITSM, MSP, Domain Separation, CSM, ITOM, ITBM and CMDB. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize the ServiceNow platform according to business requirements
- Implement system updates and upgrades
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues
- Develop and maintain technical and user documentation
- Perform system testing and validation
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Provide technical guidance to other team members
- Provide support to users via phone, email and chat
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Experience with ServiceNow Administrator, ITSM, MSP, Domain Separation, CSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML
- Knowledge of system security best practices
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work remotely
