Depuy Synthes is recruiting for a E2E Life Cycle Management Intern, located in West Chester, PA.

Our Intern is responsible to lead and support project and issue management activities, strategic programs, and drive operational excellence between DePuy Synthes and our external manufacturing partners. This supply chain-based role will lead multi-cross functional teams to ensure that all projects relating to Patient Safety, Quality, Compliance, Service, Growth, and Value are executed to exceed business metrics. This exciting role will be responsible for creation of a project business case, developing transformational projects and ensuring successful implementation of projects that will add value to the overall business.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute supply chain projects impacting patient safety, compliance, quality, service, growth, and value.
- Collaborate with cross functional business partners to ensure excellence in project execution.
- Have a sense of urgency and customer focus within the Supply Chain team in collaboration with external manufacturing partners.
- Assist with strategic projects/programs and issue management activities.
- Utilize project management tools, solve problems, and provide suggestions for improvements.
- Understanding of various business processes, governances and supporting systems and the tools/templates used for project & portfolio management.
• Candidate must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of assignment pursuing a Bachelor's degree. Engineering major preferred.
- Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.
- Completion of Undergraduate Freshmen year at accredited University is required. Must not be a Senior graduating prior to program end date.
Experience and Skills: Required: - Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now, or in the future (ex. H1-B) F-1 Visa. Students should be under OPT /CPT program is required for STEM roles
- Engineering major preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and leadership skills
- Must be a self-starter, eager to learn and able to work independently while contributing to the team goals.
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing results
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient
Preferred: - Proven leadership/participation with campus programs and/or community service activities is desired
Other: - Minimum language required: English (mandatory)
