Location:
This position will be located at East Hanover, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely. This position will require 20% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international). Please note that this role would not provide relocation and only local candidates will be considered.
About the Role:
The Senior Product Manager, RLT Marketing will be responsible for supporting the Patient and HCP marketing strategy, including the delivery of key strategic analyses and outputs to inform customer experience planning and execution within the Integrated Marketing Organization (IMO). This individual will report directly into a Brand Marketer and will be partnering closely with P2P Marketers, Patient Marketers, and other strategic partners, to ensure that the Marketing Strategy and concepts are orchestrated into the appropriate campaigns, tactics and experiences. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for contributing to the identification, the testing, and validation of creative concepts and messaging architecture, and contributing to the creation of assets, (i.e. CVA's (core visual aid), the brochure and/or TV ad (brand dependent).
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with the Marketing SPOC/HCP Marketer to develop a cohesive and integrated brand marketing strategy and campaign grounded in customer insight for growth brands and/or supporting a Patient Marketer Director on this for a launch brand
• Share and embed knowledge on best practices to engage HCPs and change behavior across the full brand lifecycle
• Execute upon best in class digital marketing strategies that align to brand goals, that are de-signed to improve business results.
• Ensure digital plans implemented and optimized.
• Foster an impactful team that proactively and effectively interfaces across key functions to achieve the product strategies and objectives
• Support and deliver the HCP integrated plan for the brand to achieve the marketing strategy and objectives; define resourcing required and managing the allocated budget for HCP, collab-orating across strategic partners including DIA, Communications and Engagement
• Drive excellence in partnering closely with the Customer Experience Planning and Optimization team
• Day to day contact with agency (AOR) to activate brand plan
• Collaborate with Product and Global teams on coordinated plan and lead asset(s), as appropriate
Role Requirements What You'll Bring to the Role:
Education: Bachelor's degree in related field is required; MBA is preferred.
Essential Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial marketing with multi-functional experience in pharmaceutical, oncology or complex therapeutics OR successful completion of a postdoctoral fellowship with a major pharmaceutical company OR 5 years commercial marketing in other industries
• Demonstrated experience of using data, analytics, and customer insights to drive personalization at scale
• Experience supporting a new function
• Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to collaborate with various collaborators and teams including Product, Communications, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance and International teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and information to a range of audiences and partners
• Meticulous with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
Desirable Requirements:
• Experience in supporting high performing brands in highly competitive categories within the US
• Recent launch experience for blockbuster specialty treatments

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $151,200 and $226,800/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/24 through 12/31/24, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee re-ceives an offer of employment.
