Job description

Production Control Supervisor needs 2+ years' experience
Production Control Supervisor requires;
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in related fields is a plus.
Previous experience in production control, quality control, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data management.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Production Control Supervisor duties:
Review and reconcile batch totals to system totals, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Perform daily quality control audits of various reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Oversee and monitor the schedule and quality control of daily notice mailings, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
Administer the refund Program, including processing refund requests and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
Complete imaging, corrections, and quality control of handwritten citations to maintain accuracy and data integrity.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 25.00 Per Hour
