Strategic Leadership :
- Conduct a thorough analysis of the US agricultural market, identifying trends, competitors, and growth prospects.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop a strategic vision aligned with organizational goals and market dynamics.
- Formulate detailed strategies for market entry, product positioning, and expansion initiatives.
Market Insight: - Implement robust systems to gather, analyze, and share market intelligence relevant to our products.
- Work closely with research teams and external partners to stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory shifts, and consumer preferences.
- Translate market insights into actionable strategies to guide decision-making processes.
Customer Acquisition: - Identify and prioritize potential customers through strategic segmentation and analysis.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and end-users.
- Devise and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility and stimulate product adoption among target clientele.
Customer Engagement: - Conduct regular visits to both existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and secure orders.
- Address customer concerns promptly to ensure optimal satisfaction levels and foster long-term loyalty.
- Utilize customer feedback to drive product enhancements and refine the overall customer experience.
Partnership Development: - Forge strategic partnerships with manufacturing entities to facilitate production collaborations.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective operational solutions.
- Foster seamless collaboration between our company and manufacturing partners to optimize production efficiency.
Product Registration: - Work closely with the Shanghai Marketing Department to align product registrations with global marketing strategies.
- Provide insights into regional market requirements to streamline the new product registration process.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and oversee efforts to successfully introduce new products to market.
Qualifications: - Minimum of ten years of experience in the crop protection industry in the USA.
- Profound understanding of generic business operation processes.
- Background in marketing and sales preferred.
