Busy defense law firm seeking an experienced Construction Defect Attorney

Must have: Experience in general contractor/sub-contractor handling (court experience) , construction defect.

with at least 3 to 8 years' experience to join our insurance defense firm.

Minimum requirements to be considered for the position:

• JD degree from an excellent, ABA-approved law school
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
• Responsibilities include motion practice, discovery disputes, conducting depositions, making court experiences and trial preparation.
• Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills.
