Position: Event Manager

Responsibilities: As an Event Manager at Encodle Link, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our clients and audiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and executing events from conception to completion.
• Coordinating logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their event objectives and preferences.
• Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Overseeing event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Negotiating and liaising with vendors and suppliers.
• Conducting post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of event management software and tools.
