**Duties & Responsibilities:**

- Engage with prospective clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget
- Follow up with leads through various channels including social media, email, and travel inquiry submissions
- Customize marketing materials to attract clients via social media, bulletin boards, and flyers
- Recommend travel destinations based on factors such as weather, culture, activities, and visa requirements
- Handle all aspects of booking travel arrangements, collecting payments, and obtaining necessary documentation
- Prepare comprehensive itineraries and resolve any pre, post, or during-travel issues promptly
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with travel vendors, clients, and tour operators
- Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and travel restrictions

**Qualifications & Skills:**

- Applicants must be based in the USA due to supplier access
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with social media platforms, Zoom, and Google Suite preferred
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Effective problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
- Quick learner with proficiency in various computer applications and software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Access to a laptop/smartphone and reliable internet connection
- No prior experience required
