Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base within the New York area. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting our comprehensive range of fire protection services. This role will involve conducting site inspections, so physical fitness is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct site inspections to assess fire protection requirements and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize computer software, including Excel, to manage sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and generate reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the service industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct site inspections and assess fire protection requirements.
• Proficiency in computer software, including Excel, for managing sales activities and generating reports.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the New York area as needed.

Location: This role is based in New York, USA, with travel required for site inspections and client meetings.

Salary and Benefits:
