Job Summary:
We are looking for people to join our sautee team making pasta and entrees. We serve authentic Italian food made with fresh ingredients.
Job Description:
Our cooks work in a fast-paced environment and use fresh ingredients to make each dish. Cooks are to follow recipes and ensure presentation and taste standards are met. Cooks will stock their stations, maintain a clean working environment, and set the next shift up for success.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a high volume restaurant preferred
Previous experience on a sauté station
Experienced knife skills, and general culinary knowledge
Ability to multi-task and handle the stress a high volume kitchen can create
Team player with a positive attitude
AM/PM availability preferred
Starting rates of pay:
Raises to follow based upon performance assessments
depending on experience & skill level up to $20/hr.
