About the Position:
This position is responsible for support on projects by learning Goodyear systems & projects in cooperation with more experienced personnel. The incumbent seeks solutions to technical problems, conducts work assigned tasks & exhibits an entry level of knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Learn and apply technical solutions to meet product requirements.
Learn and apply current technology and standards.
Consult with leadership on appropriate level of technology for application.
Work across teams to develop new technology.
Avoid inappropriate level or risk.

Document accomplished work following knowledge management standards.

Education:
Bachelors degree in Science/Technology/Engineering/Math required.
Experience:
0-3 years experience required.
Learn and apply new skills from knowledge gained through additional education/experience/training.
Learn functional relationship of assigned organization.
Develop awareness and pursuit of experiences on cross-functional assignments, projects, plant assignments, and other divisional positions available for self development.
