Main Job Responsibility - Define, initiate, and lead all aspects of communication with our Walmart.com omnichannel buyers & Category Specialists with accountability to the results that follow.
- Analyze and determine production contract quantities for Replenishment programs while evaluating future product need, shipment type, and Inventory flow.
- Manage item creation and maintenance process for account portfolio items in Item360.
Specific Job Functions - Develop, manage, and grow the Walmart and Walmart.com business.
- Support and Assist the Ecommerce Sales Manager and SVPs of sales with the Walmart stores business by participating & contributing to presentations, working on special projects, other tasks as needed to ensure alignment and integration omni-business.
- Achieve the allocated shipping and profit targets.
- Build and fortify relationships that establish Intradeco as a strategic partner with continued growth opportunities.
- Evaluate and analyze sales reports and data related to sales trends, volumes, and performance vs the forecast or plan to develop and identify, replenishment, and new business opportunities.
- Monitors and manage customer relationships and problem solve with issues related to inventory planning, replenishment, and deliveries to ensure that issues are resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
- Determine and allocate marketing resources to ensure digital assets and a copy is completed for all items and key programs are highlighted and emphasized while staying within budget and attaining the highest return on investment for the marketing spend.
- Initiate and collaborate meetings with buying teams and Merch/Design team to present product, costing, marketing initiatives, and trend information t o finalize assortments and obtain commitments for production contracts to meet sales goals for different lines of business and market segments.
- Ensure alignment in all aspects of sales and strategy across programs, departments, and customers.
- Discuss with Walmart Omni-Channel Buyers/ Category Specialist business/selling updates, costing, finalize assortments, and ongoing day-to-day business.
- Work alongside and discuss with Walmart Planning/Replenishment / Supply Chain team the planning and forecasting of sales demand effecting production flows, deliveries, replenishment quantities for core programs.
Education Experience - 2+ years of experience at walmart.com or with an online retailer preferred.
- Forecasting & inventory management experience
- Microsoft Office- Excel/ Outlook/PowerPoint
- Retail Link/ Supplier Center/ Item 360- Plus
- Sap experience -plus
- Background or experience in apparel- plus
