Job description
Role: Business Analyst Lead
Location: Remote, USA
Duration: 12+ months
Experience: 8+ years
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of business analysts in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to Dynamics CRM implementation and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements and user stories.
- Conduct workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization using Dynamics CRM.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that requirements are accurately implemented and meet business objectives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.
- Participate in testing, validation, and acceptance activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, bridging communication gaps and facilitating effective collaboration.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a business analyst, with a focus on Dynamics CRM projects.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of business analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools for requirements management and project tracking.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.
