- Lead the development, installation, and commissioning of plant automation systems, covering everything from PLC programming to MES data collection, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
- Provide hands-on technical support for our automation systems, utilizing cutting-edge tools like our HELP Desk System to address issues promptly and efficiently.
- Design and specify the architecture of our plant control systems, including control panels, hardware, and communication protocols, setting the standard for excellence in process controls.
- Collaborate with third-party engineering partners to ensure alignment with our vision and goals, guiding them to deliver exceptional results.
Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in controls and automation engineering within industries like Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or Industrial products showcasing your adaptability and expertise.
- Advanced proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC programming (ControlLogix) and HMI development, preferably within Wonderware Archestra System Platform, highlighting your technical prowess.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, combined with experience in designing and specifying process control panels to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Familiarity with Wonderware MES or similar platforms, .NET programming environment, SQL databases, and Ethernet/IP communication within plant control systems, showcasing your versatility and readiness to tackle diverse challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both formal and informal, along with a professional attitude and appearance, reflecting your commitment to collaboration and professionalism.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, to support your work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
