Job description

We are in search of a Thin Film Coating Engineer to join our team of experts in the Biotech industry. The ideal candidate has expertise in thin film optical coating and can work onsite in Santa Rosa, CA.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and testing new thin film coatings, researching and developing new deposition techniques, and troubleshooting existing coating processes. You will also be responsible for proposing and developing process improvements for current and future products.

What You Need for this Position

We are looking for an individual with more than 5 years of experience in thin film coating and optical coating. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with experience as an Application or Coating Engineer.
