Expected work schedule for the Charlottesville Ministry Leader :
We offer flexible full or part time schedules. Overtime or weekends may be required for specific events as well as attendance at the annual IFI retreat.
Pay structure for a Charlottesville Ministry Leader :
IFI provides training in order to equip Charlottesville Ministry Leaders in personal fundraising. The Charlottesville Ministry Leader will develop a team of partners to cover financial needs such as salary, benefits, ministry expenses, and pray for their ministry. A Charlottesville Ministry Leader can expect a salary of $25,709-$80,000 based on experience and other factors.

About the Area and Responsibilities of a Charlottesville Ministry Leader
Charlottesville is not only a historic city in Virginia, it's also the gateway to the Shenandoah National Park in the Blue Ridge Mountains and the home the of University of Virginia. On the outskirts of town, you will find Thomas Jefferson's mountain-top plantation, Monticello, as well as Highland, President James Monroe's home. The original campus of the University of Virginia was designed by Thomas Jefferson, which is the home of more than 3,000 international students. It's a great location for international student ministry! This position is part of the Charlottesville ministry team and requires the candidate to live near the campus on which they will be serving.
The Charlottesville Ministry Leader will establish a ministry location by building relationships with university staff, church partners, and volunteers. The Charlottesville Ministry Leader will engage in personal ministry as well as mobilize others to host Bible studies, plan cultural events, and share the Gospel. It is vital that the Charlottesville Ministry Leader establish IFI as a recognized student org, maintain good relationships with the campus, and maintain financial and prayer support for the budgeted needs of the role.
Qualifications Needed from the Charlottesville Ministry Leader, including Spiritual Characteristics
The Charlottesville Ministry Leader must adhere to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies. The Charlottesville Ministry Leader must be a person of character who faithfully extends God's love globally by mobilizing Christians to effectively communicate the Gospel in the context of various cultures.
