Job description
Universal Travel Concierge is a leading provider of personalized travel experiences for discerning clients worldwide. We are looking for a reliable and professional Chauffeur to join our team and provide a first-class chauffeur service to our clients. The Chauffeur will be responsible for ensuring that clients are transported safely and comfortably to their destination in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate must have excellent driving skills, good communication skills, and a keen sense of direction.
Responsibilities
- Drive clients to their destinations, always ensuring safety and comfort
- Assist clients with getting in and out of the vehicle, opening doors, and handling luggage
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting clients, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicle, both inside and out
- Follow all traffic laws and road regulations
- Keep track of maintenance schedules and prioritize timely vehicle maintenance
- Adjust to sudden changes in schedule or itinerary
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of the local area and geography
- Previous experience as a chauffeur or a professional driver
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
- Professional demeanor and attire
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure
