Job description
Experienced HR Manager needed for Hanover, NJ client. The ideal person will have 5+ years experience as HR Manager within manufacturing or distribution. This role is onsite 5 days/week.
Responsibilities:- Act as true HR generalist
- All areas including benefits, administration, employee relations, talent acquisition and local labor law interpretation
Required Qualifications:- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years related experience as HR Manager/Generalist
- Prior experience working in manufacturing or distribution
- Strong HR systems skills
- Experience supporting unionized employees
- PHR Certification
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
