As the Sr. Compliance Analyst, Human Resources you will drive research and development or implementation of Corporate and HR initiatives. Facilitates and manages continuous improvement activities for programs, processes and procedures to increase productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Influences and advises Human Resources Leaders, Business Partners and other support functions on changes, projects, or programs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Manages complex and technical HR projects related to policy and compliance.
- Uses process improvement methodology and tools and facilitates cross-functional team members to develop effective solutions and implementation plans.
- Gathers data and best practices to inform recommended solutions.
- Researches, interprets, and communicates legal updates and process and procedure improvements regarding processes that support and administers Human Resources functions.
- Serves as point of contact for policy and process changes.
- Facilitates and oversees the development of required corporate-wide HR mandatory trainings to include content development, legal review, and final execution.
- Acts as subject matter expert for all wage and hour/timekeeping related training content for the entire organization.
- Manages the HR Handbooks and acts as the subject matter expert for HR policies and processes.
- Creates data reports and metrics in consultation with Centers of Excellence (COE) and Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT).
- Builds processes and systems to maintain and sustain improvements over time.
- Uses change management methodology and tools to develop communication and engagement plans for customers, stakeholders, process owners and project sponsors.
- Maintains highly confidential and sensitive information during the normal course of business.
- Identifies management practices which may expose the company to unacceptable risks.
- Trains and provides guidance to human resource representatives and management regarding employment processes.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of a combination of experience in human resources, project management, compliance, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience working with all levels and functions within the Company.
- Experience reading and interpreting documents such as corporate policies, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART:
- Bachelor of Business Administration degree plus 7 years of a combination of experience in human resources, project management, or compliance functions, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience with systems implementations that support employees across the organization.
- Experience completing assignments, requiring originality and ingenuity.
- Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
- Management or supervisory experience.
- Experience speaking effectively before groups and effectively presenting information to customers, employees or management within an organization.Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
- Skilled in commanding the attention and presenting information to various groups of employees and vendors; including executive level personnel.
Compensation
- Hiring Salary Range Posted: $95,800 -$143,600
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
