Java/Camunda Engineer
6 Month Contract-to-Hire

Job Description:
Senior JAVA/BPM developer
- 5 years java development experience with J2EE, Spring framework, Hibernate framework, SQL etc
- At least two years' experience in SOA based process applications using BPM (Activiti/JBPM/Camunda)
- Experience defining and modeling BPMN 2.0 based business processes on BPM platform, query API
- 5-years' experience in Java Restful Web Services, JMS and other Middleware technologies, Preferably MuleSoft.
Requirements:
- Significant experience as a Java Developer and Architect with proven hands-on Software Development experience. We use Java 11 with J2EE, Spring framework, Hibernate framework, REST API, SQL etc.
- Architect, Design, and Develop solutions using Java 11 and other related frameworks mentioned below
Experience defining and modeling BPMN 2.0 based business processes on BPM platform, query API
Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)
Experience with test-driven development
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects and client engagements active at once.
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate uncertainty.

You must be willing to work in this location; X does reimburse for tolls if applicable, at the frequent user rate. This rate is applied after 20 round trips per month (valued at $574.60 per year)

The Senior Java Developers core responsibilities include designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical CRM systems and delivering high-availability and performance. We expect you to contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle including writing well designed, testable, efficient code. Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Nice to have:
Certified Sun Java Developer - Java 8 or newer
Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
Insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)
