Become an Area Vice President of Operations (RN) with Georgia Hospice Care

We are looking for an AVP of Operations to be responsible for the overall financial, operational, clinical, and administrative functions of all designated branch locations. The AVP of Operations is responsible for delivery of efficient, adequate, appropriate, and effective health care services to the agency patient population. The AVP of Operations is responsible for compliance to corporate standards as they apply to the overall mission of the organization. Plans, directs, coordinates, and evaluates the overall operations to ensure adherence to the federal and state regulations, and organizational policies and procedures and established goals. The AVP of Operations supports growth by active involvement in sales and marketing activities. Responsible for assigned branch financial success. The AVP of Operations may act as and assume duties as the Administrator and/or will assume duties and act as back up for the Administrator (if not a nurse would not be listed as provider number administrator) during temporary absences and/or vacancies as assigned. Most importantly, you’ll serve as the driver of our care team to ensure every patient receives the highest quality care.
