Our Recruiting Manager is accountable for:
Managing large team of recruiters (4 or more).
Grows/Develops Talent: Provides regular feedback, coaching and development support, and overcomes challenges related to remote management.
Measurement: Can manage performance via deliverables and metrics
Collaboration: Ability to effectively work in a highly matrixed environment. Ability to work closely with Account Executive Managers to match local market demand with supply.
High Impact Communication: Presents self and ideas in a highly credible and articulate manner.
Passion for Execution: Drives for results and demonstrates a commitment to Kelly’s success.
Builds Customer/Candidate Commitment: Builds and maintains long-term profitable relationships.
Culture: Can create a spirited, driven, results oriented culture which enables performance and retention.
Financial Acumen: Understands how the business makes money and how recruitment & employee decisions impact the financial targets.
Does this sound like you?
Preferred Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
4+ years required in recruiting (Professional Technical (PT) recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition).
2+ years in relevant product (Engineering, Finance, IT, Science).
2+ year people management experience required, preference given to those with experience leading a team of PT or niche/specialized recruiters.
Experience leading remote recruiters preferred.
