Job description
Twenty Four Seven Hotels is currently seeking a Revenue Manager to join the Corporate Revenue Strategy & Distribution department. This position is fully remote (West Coast Based) and will assist properties craft inspired workplaces that enable our Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns! As this exciting role will share best practices with the Twenty-Four Seven Management Team they must:
Property Sell Strategy
- Understand and assess the pricing of competitors, the dynamics of the local market, the elements of demand and price optimization
- Chair the development of all pricing and market mix strategies. Provide strategic tactics based on historical data and current market trends
- Assist in the development and execution of a strategic plan and the Annual Operating Plan for the company.
Property Forecasting
- Develop and maintain short and long term transient forecasts
- Monitor group sales forecast to ensure forecast accuracy
Revenue Systems Task
- Maintain revenue management systems
- Implement pricing and availability decisions in PMS system
- Ensure the accuracy of the hotel information and develop procedures on daily maintenance and general functionality
Meetings/Communication
- Host & organize Revenue Management Meetings
- Analyze & share market trends & best practices
Qualifications:
- Able to obtain Revenue Management Certification through training, as required by each Hotel Brand
- 2+ years of hotel revenue management experience with multi-unit revenue support demonstrating the ability to analyze key hotels market activity
- Ability to travel throughout the company portfolio
- Display critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Establish collaborative relationships with sales, operations, and hotel teams.
- Maintain personal image and emotional competence.
- Possess proficient-or-above skill level in Excel, Teams, and other MS Office applications.
- Multi-Property experience desired
- This position is based remotely in the West Coast, Southern California preferred.
